What’s hot in Summer 2008?

Brights

Bright bold stained lips are a big trend for summer 08.  No7 Sweet Lips or Gay Geranium are really pretty colours for achieving this.  To keep the look really modern keep the rest of the face very simple and neutral with a light wash of shimmering neutral on the lids like No7 Stay Perfect Shadow in Opal and a delicate sweep of blusher like No7 Natural Blush Cheek Colour in Petal.  Keep lips defined with No7 Line & Define Lip Pencil in either Melon or Pink.

Anything and everything that is bright and colourful is great for creating a really vivid look - mascara, eyeshadow, lipstick, eyeliner - there are some great bright colours around, but be careful not to be distracted by just colourful packaging! In for this season are paint pot blues, vibrant greens, bold yellows and vivacious purples.

Summer 08 is all about bright, beautiful vivid eyes. Simply sweep across your eyelids for a dramatic wash of colour. My favourite shades for doing this are:

• Blues, No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow Trio in Beside the Sea or No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow Single in Ozone
• Greens, No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow Trio in Eden
• Purples, No7 Stay Perfect Eyeshadow Single in Iced Lilac
  

 With bright eyes, it's important to keep lips simple with a sweep of sheer gloss such as No7 High Shine in Ice or Whisper.
